What would explain a G4 iBook freezing up or going straight to the blue screen every time its turned on? Could this be a bad logic board, ram, or HDD?

What would explain a G4 iBook freezing up or going straight to the blue screen every time its turned on? Could this be a bad logic board, ram, or HDD?

If you see lines going across the screen too, then it's the logic board. If there are no lines, then it's probably not the logic board.

Do you have the disks that came with the computer? I had that same problem just reinstall OS
