ibook hinge bent is there a easy fix

i just got a 1.2ghz ibook
its got a few flaws one being the ibook hinge is bent
so its stuck and wont be pulled by the magnet unless i force it out then it works but sticks partially out unless i push it in all the way

anyone know how to fix it
