iBook leopard install - Macbook pro dvd?

I've just bought an iBook G4 and want to put leopard on it - can I use the leopard dvd that came with my macbook pro or do I have to go and get an OEM one from apple?

Unfortunately the grey install/restore DVDs are specific to the model they are produced for, so they won't work with your iBook.

Apple no longer sell Leopard 10.5 (and Snow Leopard 10.6 will not work on PowerPC Macs like the iBook), so you'll need to track down a secondhand copy of Leopard.

Try looking on craigslist for a good deal. I got a leopard install disk and iLife for $60. I would totally recommend that approach to the $150+ prices on eBay.
