Eidorian macrumors Penryn May 17, 2006 #2 Yes, the 400 MHz (PC3200) will down clock to 333 MHz (PC2700). Just make sure it's a smaller laptop sized DDR SODIMM and not a desktop full length DIMM.

WildCowboy Administrator/Editor Staff member May 18, 2006 #5 You do need 200-pin RAM...144-pin RAM will not fit. Use a reputable vendor like OWC, Crucial, or DMS with a Memory Advisor that will tell you exactly what you need for your model.
