I´ve got several files in the ibook app and i would like to use in another app called "pdf markup" that allow me to highlight them and write the pdf. How can i do that? One of the documents in the ibook app is bought. Can I transfer this book?

Is there any backup of the files in the ibook?

Unfortunately, iBooks doesn't provide a way to export out books to other apps. If you have a computer with iTunes, I believe you can transfer the books/PDFs to your computer, then import the, back to the apps you want to use them in.

Never store anything in the iOS iBook app!
Use goodreader or documents or something else.

Once in iBooks it's a total pain in the ass to get them into any other app.
One option is to send them via email.
