iBooks 3 and sharing

Hello, I have an iPad v2 and don't appear to be able to share phrases from books as demoed at the keynote (to Facebook & twitter).

is this function available to iPad 2's?

Yes, as long as you update your iBook app to 3.0 via App Store.

Then you'll be able to highlight and share.

From what I can tell you can't share from sample books.

im up to date, i can highlight but then my only options are various colours of highlight, underline, no highlight, note about he highlight, define and search ??

Close the iBooks App and try again, its working on mine.

Try deleting ibooks and reinstalling it... and try it with different books too.
