ibooks, actual full screen?

Hi,

Got some books transferred from my standard google play books reader to ibooks and I'm a bit annoyed by the fact there is no full screen reader. Is there any way to remove the title from the top of the screen? Is there any way to remove the page number? Lastly, is there any way to show more text on the phone?
