I'm looking to purchase an iPad in the next few months and was wondering if iBooks/Kindle bookmarks somehow sync on the iPhone and iPad. For example, if I'm reading a book on my iPhone and bookmark a page, is it then bookmarked at the same spot when I pick up my iPad. I'm primarily interested in the iPad as an e-reader....figured I may as well spend the extra money on it rather than getting the Kindle, Nook, etc.
