I am running iOS 7 on my iPad mini and Mavericks DP8 on my macbook pro. I tried to sync my iPad. I don't see any ibooks tab on iTunes. I transferred all of books(pdf and epub files) form iTunes to ibooks app on my mac. Now I don't know how to sync ibooks on mac to ibooks on iPad. Is there any way?

Just in case. have you authorised your mac in the iBooks application? I did make some purchases and it let me do that but when I tried to view them on my iPhone they weren't there. So after authorising the Mac(well It's not an Actual Mac I use a Hackintosh :D ) it all appeared on my iPhone.

Problem with pdf files

Purchased books appear fine on my iPad mini. The problem is with the pdf files. I have few pdf files on ibooks(on mac). I don't know how to sync the pdf files that are in the ibooks app on mac to ibooks on iPad.

Same problem

I am having the same problem. I've tried re-syncing my ipad 2 and even backing up and redoing from scratch. None of the changes or additions made in ibooks appear. Also the number of books listed in itunes is not the same amount which shows up on the ipad when sync all is selected nor do the books register the amount of spaced used anymore in the usage bar at the bottom of itunes. I'm just greatfull the old books are still on the ipad even if itunes does not seem to see them.
