Yes but if I moved to a new iPad how would I download the iBook again since its no longer available in the iCloud?

Click to expand... Yes, though Apple doesn't sell it anymore, it will be available. And if you have any concerns, you can turn on iBooks backups under Settings > Your Name > iCloud > iBooks (On).
