Is anyone else having this issue? PDFs and my own epubs were syncing beautifully across my idevices in iOS7 on my 5s (Apple enabled this a few months ago if you didn't notice). But I just opened up iBooks and noticed none of my books are being synced except the few I bought from Apple.
The books are still in my Mac iBooks app. I've done both iCloud and iTunes sync and I made sure the option to hide iCloud books was off. I tried adding a new book to the mac ibooks app and it would not sync.
