I sometimes add PDF documents I've created into iBooks on my Mac, and sync to iBooks on my iPad.
However, sometimes I'll update a PDF, and replace the old PDF with the new one in iBooks. Bear in mind that the filename remains the same. When I then sync and check the updated PDF, iBooks sometimes shows the older version of the file.
And it's not just iBooks, the same issue sometimes occurs in Acrobat Reader on iPad.
Anyone else experience this?
