wow.. the folders look hideous. NOT using them when i get the i4. Also not updating the software until I sell my GS and then will do whatever the purchaser asks.I promise I am NOT lying Here is the screen shot!!

I don't think he is... I am seeing iBooks 1.1 on iTunes, but it seems to come and go! I have tried downloading it, but I'm still seeing 1.0.1 in my Apps page on iTunes (and it is in "iPad Apps", not "iPhone, iPod touch and iPad Apps")

Ok, it switches between 1.1 and 1.0.1 in iTunes, but when I click on download on the 1.1 page I just get the 6.8MB 1.0.1 version and not the 15.9 MB 1.1 version.
Doesn't seem to be working for me in the UK.

Have the same problem here (Netherlands) it even tells me afterwards that there is an update available (1.1) and then downloads 1.01 again...
if you have goodreader or any such similiar app with pdf's open a pdf with open with command, select ibooks in the menu and boom! u get the books|Pdf tab!!!
I had the 1.1 / 1.0.1 problem at first, but then 1.1 has now downloaded and I have successfully synced to my 3GS (running the GM) and my iPad. Just need to try some .pdfs now

After restarting my computer (normally that's only needed when I've been using to much Adobe programs at the same time...) it now downloaded 1.1 instead of 1.01. Maybe it was getting the wrong link from the cache or something?
