The situation is as follows:
Suppose I set a reminder for 2.00 am. Suppose my macbook is completely off at that time. Then, in the morning at 7.00 am I turn on the macbook and ical, but I will not get the reminder that should have triggered 5 hours earlier already.
Because of this behavior, I often miss a lot of alarms.
What I want ical to do is that the alarms that I missed still pop up as soon as I turn on the macbook and ical. For example, MS Outlook does it this way.
Does anyone know a solution to get this behavior?
I use Snow Leopard with all updates installed. Furthermore, the alarms are working alright as long as my macbook is on at the time the alarm should trigger.
