ical alarms not working on Lion

Hey All,

I've updgraded all my Macs to Lion and recently bought a new MBA. On the MBA, iCal alerts are not working. I tried deleting the plist files but no luck. iCal alerts work on my other Lion Macs. Anybody else have this problem?

I just tested it on my brand new MBA and it seems to work fine.

Yeah, it's weird. It's kind of random. I've also noted that sometimes with I close iCal (not Quit, but just close), the app icon in the dock loses its little highlighted dot.
