After getting some old email addresses pop up in ical when adding invitees to events. I had a look through the calendar folder and found an info.plist file that listed all the aliases I have ever used over the years, approx 20.
I edited the file, and it came back once ical was launched, I deleted it and again it came back when ical was launched.
Today I spoke with Apple Support, seems like they have control of that, and keep all your previous aliases forever, no reason, they just do.
It begs the question; what else do they keep for the hell of it? I have an engineer apparently calling, as it they alone that can amend plist files.
