iCal and Mail at startup?

How do you get those two programs to launch at startup? Quicksilver has the option to launch at startup, but I didn't see the option to do that with iCal and Mail.

Easiest way is just to right/ctrl-click the Dock icon of each application and choose Open at Login.

For reference, you can add startup applications in

System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items tab (+ to add, - to remove)
