iCal Birthday Alerts

Hi to everyone. I have a lot of birthdays on my Address Book but I never getting an alert. Why? How I can fix this?

Try right clicking the Birthdays calendar > Get Info > Ignore Alerts.

In Preferences > Advanced, is "Turn off all alerts" checked?

are the birthdays showing in your calendar when your in it, or are they just in the address book field

Yes they are showing and on Mac and iPhone but I don't have alerts in none of them.
