iCal doesn't go online?

Can someone please tell me what's goin on here? I've been trying to make ical sync with iCloud but I keep seeing this on macbook pro? 😕 Also my calendar appointments doesn't show up in iCloud.com but my contacts do. This is giving me a headache.
