iCal Printing

I recently migrated to Mac from centuries of using Windows. I did so because I misunderstood (if you could call my mistake a misunderstanding) that Outlook 2011 worked "exactly" like Outlook in Windows. Well it does´t. I´ve used the Outlook calendar as my work tool for years and specifically for printing individual events because of the notes I added. I can´t find a way for iCal to do so.
Does anyone know of a way to print individual events from iCal in a "memo" format?

I'm not sure what you're seeking, but in Mountain Lion Calendar you can print a list of events; is that what you mean by "memo"?
