does anyone know why the top buttons, Today, day, week and month are grayed out in my iCal?
 
Today is greyed out for me most of the time, even when I am not on today's date. Known bug I believe - its been reported a few times on the forum and Apple Discussions.

Never had the Day/Week/Month greyed out though.
