I've got an annoying problem here. Yesterday, I installed the latest HP printer drivers for my printer to fix a different problem. Before I installed that iCal worked normally. Now, the other problem is gone, but iCal won't print. What's even stranger is that the unexpected quit dialog says "The application iCal" instead of the usual "The application iCal quit unexpectedly". This is a PowerBook G4 running Mac OS X 10.4.6. No "hacks" are installed, but there are applications installed that add kernel extensions to the system for device driver purposes, such as a BlackBerry synchronization application.
Found the cause and fixed it. It seems the printer setup got garbled somehow. A reinstall of the printer software got everything back to normal again.
