iPod touch iCal sync problem.....

I have got my whole 5-day timetable (Monday-Friday) in iCal and when i sync it to the touch it changes to Sunday-Thursday. It moves everything one day before. I have tried, re-syncing and that doesn't change anything. Any idea how to fix it?? thanks.

Have you tried changing the week starts on option in prefernces on your mac?
