I have my outlook calendar synched to my Ical via google calendars. I can't seem to make it ignore alerts. I can on my MBP iCal. Any input?

ive got the same set up but the opposite problem, I cant get it display alerts for that calender!

HA! My alerts are set up on my outlook at work and carry over to the Ical. This should definitly be a setting, but appears there are none.
