Ical to iphone alarm sync error??? please help

ok when i sync my replace my iphone calender with the calender i have in ical on my mac, everything syncs fine but non of the alerts popup on the phone, the times are in there but the alarms arent working... why is this? is there a fix?

When you set up the calendar subscription, there was an option called 'remove alarms'. Did you set that, maybe?
