ichat buddylist disappeared

I was signed on ichat with my AIM account, I kept it on the side of my screen while doing something else, went back to it and everything disappeared. When I go to add anything (a new Group or Buddy), it shows the addition for a few seconds then it will disappear again. I signed on another screen name to see if it was the same with all, but its not, my other screen name shows my groups and buddies as normal. Anybody know how can I can fix this? (I may have had my elbow slightly rested on the keyboard and activated something)

I don't suppose Cmd-1 (Window>Show Buddy List) fixes the problem?

super bump....my buddy list in ichat just disappeared! All like...500 screen names!

it just has some random group "co-workers" and "offline"but there are no buddies

CMD + 1 did the trick for me. It was gold, baby, gold!

Thanks, using "CMD + 1" is great for opening the Buddy List window; however, toggling it several times did not fix my "missing Buddies" problem.

After I quit iChat and re-opened the application, all my Buddies reappeared.
