iChat Disconnects from jabber

I Could use some help.
iChat disconnects from google after a little while.
its annoying cause all of my co-workers use mac and i do lots of screan shares.🙁
any suggestions?

I've been having a ton of trouble with this lately as well. Jabber is cutting out at least once an hour in iChat. Anyone have any ideas?
