Ichat Help

I have no idea what happened to my Ichat. It was working perfectly fine until i closed my buddy list. I tried to reopen it and it wouldn't open. So I quit it and tried to reopen. Nothing. I restarted my comp and put ichat in the trash and put it back on the dock. Still nothing. All it does is bounce and make the open sound but nothing comes up. How can I fix this?

-Edit: I got it open, now i cant talk to anyone.. The chat doesnt come up 😕
