iChat Keeps Disconnecting!

I've tried trashing the iChat and the iChatAgent prefs... clearing all cache. It always seems to stay connected for X amount of time then disconnects. I have to constantly throughout the day reconnect my iChat!

It's extremely aggravating and just needed to rant this issue...
Any further fixes or ideas?
