iChat Login Nonsense

iChat will no longer let me log into my AIM account. It connects for a split second, then disconnects and says disconnect from host.

Other people can log into their AIM accounts on my computer just fine, and I can log into my AIM account on AOL Instant Messenger on another computer.

Help!

Hmm going to iChat -> Preferences -> Accounts -> Server Settings and changing the port from 5190 to 5191 seems to have fixed the problem. Hopefully this information will be useful to someone else.

i was having the exact same problem.

your suggestion solved it for me too. i changed the port to 5191 and it's now connecting.
