iChat multi user video conference issue

Ugh, I searched and searched but the threads weren't helpful. I really didn't want to bring up this issue again but I'm having problems with iChat.

So I try video conferencing with 3 people:
The first person that connects can see and hear me.
The second person that connects can see but not hear.
The third person that connects can only see herself while person 1 and 2 and see her.

I don't think its a bandwidth issue since all 4 of us were able to connect...or is it? BTW we're all using AIM and have 10.4.10 if that matters...

Anyone want to try and iChat to see what the dealio is?

What was the solution, Ive had that problem before, today actually too.
