iChat - no video??

My brother just got a new iMac 24". I have the older 24" white one. I'm trying to iChat with him. We can invite each other, but I can't see him. He can see me, and we can hear each other. Why can't I see him??

Any help is appreciated. Thank you....

I had this problem on my white MB, so I'm not sure if this will pertain to you...
If you have Perian downloaded, delete, and then try to iChat again.

This is what my problem was, and once I deleted Perian my problem was solved.
