Everytime i try to ichat with a friend it says connection failed. My friend can't get his to work either. Any suggestions?

iChat not working

I tried to video chat. My friend told me he had the same problem as me too with other people he had tried to chat with.
Try to PM ralphjohnsr in ichat. He is the main man when it comes to any ichat, video chat, screen share issues. He is on the apple forums if you post there.
