ichat preference

I have an imac G4.
When I go to ichat preference, the only option I see is general.
What do I have to do, in order to see the other icons. (accounts, messages, alerts, privacy and video) like my friends computer?

Okay, maybe look for a file named com.apple.iChat.plist and drag it to the Desktop whilst iChat is closed. 🙂
