iChat problem!!!!

I dont know if tis is the correct section for this, but I am not able to chat with my AIM user friends over iChat. I am able to chat with other iChat users, but when I try to chat with someone who is using AIM, i get an in sufficient bandwidth message. HELP PLZ!!!

You can use AIM and MSN and Yahoo all at the same time! Try it!!!
