iChat problems

Hi If I use iChat on my own network at home using the camera everything works fine. However if I try to use the camera when away from home it will not work it makes the call I accept but then it says I have not responded and th e link breaks down any suggestions?

firewall or NAT issues probably. my guess the port is the blocked that you need to send video feed through. although, it is hard to say which end it is blocked at. read through this, especially the firewall part.
