ichat problems

I'm sure I'm not the only person with ichat problems.

I keep gettin "the connection to the host was unexpectedly lost."
I think it has to do something with the port forwarding/triggering. But I have no idea what to do. Will someone please help me?

i also have this same problem, im not sure what is causing it but when i use AIM it doesn't seem to happen so i just use AIM now

I tried using adium...same problem.

I really don't want to install aim though.
