Ichat screenshot problem..

This has happened multiple time swhich has brought me here: When trying to send a screenshot in an im, I make the screen shot, drag it from my desktop into the im, and then hit enter. It displays in my im, however the person i send it cant see it, and then an error message is displayed saying that "an error has occurred, you cannot talk directly to your buddy." Ive tried restarting and it still occurs, any solutions out there?

try sending that file from the desktop
instead of clicking and dragging

if you are using AIM, don't forget to open a direct connection first!
