iChat stopped working

    Not sure if there is already a thread on this, searched but couldn't find one.

    Since installing 10.5.2 iChat has stopped working. Every time I try to connect, about 2-3 pass then a message comes up saying it timed out. Nothing has changed on my network the only thing that has changed since it last worked is 10.5.2.

    I've tried using port 443 rather than 5190 and does not make a difference. On the Apple site people are reporting the same problem (but not with Tiger).

    Any one else found this problem?

    And then like magic it starts working again. Guessing that Apple had issues at their end.
