iChat tracker? possible?

Hey Guys,

I have a friend who has an iMac G5 with the latest version of ichat. He's 17 and he under the suspicion that his parents are somehow seeing his iChat conversations, because he says that "they know too much, and that it seems to happen after he's been online talking". So I was wondering is it possible? And if it is is there a way for him to check, maybe a program installed or something?

I told him to dl adium to help calm his fears but then I began to wonder if it was possible to do the same with adium.

So, can anyone help out. Is it possible? Any way to find out?

In iChat preferences, under messages, is a check box for "Automatically save Chat transcripts"

He might want to uncheck that. It saves every conversation you have.
