Pretty new to ichat, just tried it last night with out of town family. Trouble I had was even though they were online, they showed up greyed out and "offline" in my contact list so I wasn't able to invite them to a video chat. However they were able to invite me...anyone know why they would show as "offline" and how can I fix this?😕😕😕
