My question is

My upgraded iCloud storage plan of 50gb is full for some reason, & now iCloud keeps asking me to upgrade to 200gb! I can’t think of how this has happened.

On opening up iCloud on my iPhone 6, and going into Manage Storage section, I noticed that Documents & Data, ‘Other Documents’ say 32.9 gb used.

On opening up other documents there are 2 folders called encrypted folders and both have various sub folders with encrypted files of various sizes, I don’t want to delete anything yet, as i’m unsure what they are until some advice. What are these!

I would be grateful for any help in this matter in the above.

Regards

I thought by this being an all things Mac forums, that someone must know something & possibly try and help, Obviously I came to the wrong site then!
