iCloud iCloud access denied forever cause I lost my iPhone 8 and SIM

Hey guys i have a problem

I lost my iPhone 8 and my SIM several weeks ago and have now bought the iPhone XS.

The problem is that I can no longer get access to my iCloud, because when I try to access my iCloud the new iPhone XS asks me to enter a 6 digit code that is sent to my old iPhone 8 which is lost.

What can I do?
