So I exchanged my iPhone 4S thinking that the echo thing was hardware related.
I then restored my iP4S from a backup on iCloud. Now however iCloud thinks I'm trying to backup another iPhone on the account and I don't have the extra storage on icloud for the backup. How can I delete the backup and make room for my current iPhone without loosing any info/data?
I did keep my device name the same. Apple tele support said that iCloud is reading my serial number hence the issue. But he wasn't too sure what I should try to fix the issue.
