iCloud and New songs

Hi guys, I'm got my iPhone syncing to iCloud but now I'm wondering...I buy a lot of my music from Amazon...how do I get it onto the iPhone now? Is there a way to upload it to the cloud and have it sync?

You can put it into iTunes, as usual, then update iTunes Match.

I should've said, I'm in the UK so can't get iTunes match. Any ideas 😕
