I'm trying to re-configure my iCloud control panel and am getting errors that are not not uncommon. I've been trying various solutions without success, but one things that would help with troubleshooting would be to know how Outlook behaves and what it displays in a successful configuration.
For example, I migrated from Mobile Me, where the MM IMAP account displayed in Outlook's Navigation pane and contacts and calendars were present After migration, it all worked the same except a new Folder Group was present in the Nav pane, called "iCloud" and contained a couple of seemingly unused folders.
Although the contacts and calendars were still present and there were no syncing issues, it seemed to me that something wasn't right with this extra folder, or perhaps all mail folders should also be displaying in this area. With the recent update to the Control Panel and errors, I closed all iCloud folders but now can't get them back.
What folders and sub folders should be displaying in the Nav Pane? Can anyone perhaps provide a screenshot who has a properly configured and working iCloud - Outlook set up?
