iCloud/app store password help

Does anyone know how to retrieve or change an iCloud and App store password if the owner has died. My brother recently passed and his wife can't figure out how to get into iCloud for backup and the App store. I am not sure how to helper.

Only people who can help you work for Apple. You'll have to likely provide proof.

She can use the regular password reset mechanism at http://iforgot.apple.com , provided she has access to her husband's email. If she does not have access to the email, then have her phone AppleCare.
