Hey Guys I'd really appreciate any help you guys have for me. Basically I've had this problem for a little while now where my iCloud account (5gb) shows that I had 4.2 gb of back ups and 2.2 mb of documents and other settings. But when I go to back up my iPhone it says I have no space left, when I should have around 700-800 mb left and the back up only requires 50 mb. What's even weirder is that even though it showed 4.2 for back ups it said that I only had around 50 mb left of space. So I deleted my back up off of the icloud and now I have NO back ups on my iCloud and yet it says that I have only 4.3 gb's of free space and not 5 gb.
I thought maybe going on a different device would help and I went on my macbook and logged in and it shows the same thing. Only 4.3 gb's free but no back ups. BUT on my Macbook it actually says 751.1 MB under Backups, but when I click on backups there is nothing there. PLEASE can someone help me free up this space. I literally need 4.4 gb's for my back up and I can't do that with this odd mysterious back up that I can't delete taking up 751.1 mb of space. I'm attaching a screenshot that will show what I see. Please someone help me! I don't want to pay to upgrade when I don't need to. I'm assuming some kind of back up got messed up and maybe stayed on my system somehow and now I can't delete it?
