iCloud Backup and 2 Apple ID

Hi, i have one question about iCloud Backup and possible iCloud restore with new device... I have ONE Apple ID for Slovakia iTunes Store (my former MobileMe) for iCloud, mail, calendar, applications ONE Apple ID for purchases from US iTunes store.

So if i enable iCloud Backup, and on my iPhone i have Apps from two different iTunes accounts, will the iCloud backup applications data from both accounts? or only from my iCloud Apple ID?

And with posible iCloud restore on NEW device, will icloud restore applications from both accounts, and ask for my other apple ID to redownload remainig applications from my other Apple ID?
