iCloud backup and WiFi syncing

This question might have been asked already but what is the difference between WiFi syncing and iCloud backup? I'm a little confused 😀

iCloud backup backs up the Apple's servers and WiFi backup backs up to your computer through iTunes just like you used to do with a USB cable in iTunes.
